Enersense Inter­na­tion­al Plc, cre­ator of zero-emis­sion ener­gy solu­tions, is divest­ing its stake in Suo­mi Teline Oy by sell­ing its shares to the lat­ter’s man­age­ment.

Enersense has been a co-own­er of Suo­mi Teline since the begin­ning. Suo­mi Teline CEO Peter Korho­nen extends his thanks to Enersense for their gen­uine and seam­less part­ner­ship.

“We will con­tin­ue our coop­er­a­tion in the future in dif­fer­ent projects,” he says.

Enersense owned a share of 25 per cent in Suo­mi Teline Oy.

Suo­mi Teline will con­tin­ue to oper­ate and devel­op its domes­tic oper­a­tions accord­ing to the cur­rent strat­e­gy. The com­pa­ny will also seek growth in for­eign mar­kets and rein­force its already strong foothold, espe­cial­ly in South Amer­i­ca.
